Roshini Nadar Malhotra CEO and Executive Director of HCL Corporation richest among Indian women with the net worth of ₹54625 crore approx according to'Kotak Wealth Hurun-Leading Wealth Women'.In the list is Kiran Mazumdar Shah founder of Biocon is in second position with a wealth of ₹35800 crore approx.If we talk about third position Leena Gandhi(₹21300 crore)approx,fourth position Nilima Motaparti(₹18600cr)approx and the next one is  Radha(11500 crore) approx.So if we want to see the performance of our women in the country they are creating history in their field. 
"Kotak Weath Hurun:Leading Wealthy women"the average wealth of women in the list is ₹2700 crore and  for the ranking is ₹100 crore.If we see the report we can easily say that women enterpenurship is breaking all the barriers.Not only in this list but we also say that in Covid 19 situation women helped the needy too much.There are eight Padma award winner in the,25 are entrepreneur,this is showing the women emporment.rozbuzz_image

If we talk about the cities list 32 Women are folled by Mumbai,New Delhi 20, Hyderabad 10.Majority of the woman are from metropolitan cities still Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities women are also performing fantastic.If we talk about women emporment we have to focus on village and small cities and town because lot of talent are in villages.Women business tycun are dominating men business tycun.
